Environmental Management
Dubbo City Council provides services to ensure a clean, safe and healthy living environment for both residents and visitors. Council aims to protect, preserve and enhance the natural and built environments of the City.
Council and the community need to work together to ensure our environment is sustainable for future generations.
Environmental initiatives co-ordinated or supported by Council:
- Dubbo ALIVE: Council's Environmental Sustainability Plan
- The Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo (BOD) Alliance of Councils combined to develop a Regional Environmental Sustainability Action Plan.

- Educational campaigns including Annual Energy & Water Expo, Earth Hour, Community Green Power Promotion
