Road Safety Crash Statistics
For the past decade, Dubbo Local Government Area has experienced a downward trend in crash statistics. The following column graphs show that our overall crash rate is steadily decreasing despite random crash spikes.
Council's effective partnerships with local road safety stakeholders and the Roads and Traffic Authority is an approach that is having a positive impact on driver behaviour.
Analysing crash data is an effective method to measure if the community has been responsive to many road safety initiatives and messages from Council and local road safety stakeholders.
Between Council, local road safety stakeholders and the community, we all have a role to play in reducing road-related trauma and fatalities on our local roads.
