Sporting facilities

Dubbo is a major sporting influence in NSW and boasts world-class sporting facilities and sports grounds across more than 82.55 hectares of public open space reserved for active recreation.

Sport is embedded in the Dubbo culture, with an extensive variety of sports clubs catering to all ages and backgrounds.

The principle venues for major sporting events are Dubbo Apex Club's Caltex Park and East Dubbo Sporting Complex, Victoria Park No 1 Oval, Barden Park Regional Centre of Excellence for Athletics and our riverbank ovals and fields.
