Dubbo City Council will open the gates to Apex Oval on Saturday, 2 June when it conducts public walking tours of the complex where an international-standard playing surface is on track to be laid early September. National Broadband Network to investigate installing tower at Dubbo

Dubbo City Council will enter into an agreement with the National Broadband Network (NBN) Co Ltd to investigate the feasibility of constructing and operating a communications tower at Moffat Estate.
