Community Halls
Dubbo Regional Council owns a number of community halls across the Local Government Area; including Dubbo, Wongarbon, Mumbil and Wellington.
To book a community hall, in line with Council's fees and charges, please complete and return the booking form alongside the COVID Safety Plan as outlined in the 'COVID Safety Information' section below.
Please note, the use of community halls for the purpose of private celebrations, parties or social events is not permitted.
Submission of the forms does not automatically confirm your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you dependent on availability. Please read the Terms and Conditions listed on the booking form prior to applying.

COVID SAFETY INFORMATION
Dubbo Regional Council community halls reopened for public use Monday 25 October 2021. Council wishes to advise that following the latest relaxing of COVID-19 restrictions in NSW 15 December 2021, in line with the Public Health Order (No 2) recommendations are:
- Completion and online submission of NSW Government Covid Safety Plan - select 'Community centres and halls'

- Provide Dubbo Regional Council a PDF copy of submitted plan
- before clicking 'Submit' button, click 'Print' at the top left of form and save as PDF
- once PDF has been saved, proceed to submit to NSW Government
- User group and casual hire primary contact is responsible for providing advice to all attendees around guidelines and recommended QR code check-in
- All attendees are strongly encouraged to QR code check-in to each Council site or venue upon arrival
- User groups and casual hire primary contact must remain aware of, and enact, NSW Government Health Order requirements specific for Community Halls, for the duration of hall booking.
