Financial Assistance Grants

Dubbo Regional Council invited eligible community organisations to take advantage of its Financial Assistance Program and apply for a share in $30,436.60, during 2021/2022 financial year, combined Round One and Two.

To be successful, applicants must meet criteria based on merit and benefits for the community and be based in the Dubbo Regional Council local government area, or deliver a service/activity in the local government area.

Council’s Director Liveability, John Watts, said that previous recipients included charitable, health, animal wellbeing, and environmental organisations, as well as special interest groups.

“Council dedicates $30,000 to the Community Financial Assistance Program each year to help ease the burden of not-for-profit organisations that contribute to our community,” Mr Watts said.
