REOPENING COMMUNITY HALLS

Dubbo Regional Council wishes to advise that following the latest relaxing of COVID-19 restrictions in NSW, Council's community halls reopened for community use from 22 June 2020.

Appropriate physical distancing will need to be adhered to, including the current restrictions of 1 person to every 4 square metres applying, with hygiene and user group record keeping - AND Service NSW QR Codes located inside the entry of each hall.

Current Council Terms and Conditions around the use of halls apply. These are available on booking form.

Prior to use of a community hall a suitable COVID safe plan will need to be submitted to Council. A copy of the COVID safe templace can be found below.

The below table lists all Council owned Community Halls across the Dubbo Regional Council area by location, including; Dubbo, Wongarbon, Mumbil, and Wellington (Please note venue hire fees apply, as per Dubbo Regional Council's 2021/2022 Fees and Charges).

To book a Community Hall in Dubbo regional Council area click on the form and complete and return to Council. You will also need to fill in the COVID-19 safe form as well, and submit this with your application form. Submission of the forms does not automatically confirm your booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you dependent on availability.

Please note, the use of Community Halls is for the purpose of Community groups, Not for Profit purposes. Private celebrations, parties or social events are not permitted.
