Non Residential

Level 1 water restrictions are currently in force within the Dubbo Regional Council Local Government Area.
We recognise that water is crucial to economic activity and community life and we are providing support to our business customers during restrictions.

Dubbo Regional Council seeks the cooperation of business operators with efforts to reduce our overall consumption of water.

All required businesses have been contacted by Council to prepare /submit a WSAP however any business can develop a voluntary WSAP and Council encourages all local businesses to save water where possible.

Council staff will be monitoring compliance with the restriction activities. Failure to comply with restriction activities can result in on the spot fines of $220.00 for businesses, under the Local Government Act 1993 No 30 (Sections 679, 637)

General Notes for Level 1 for commercial/institutional
