Changes to Barden Park permit fees

Dubbo Regional Council has introduced a new fee structure for the Barden Park Private Training Permit making the world-class facility more accessible for local athletes.

“Council have now significantly subsidised the annual fee for the training permits,” Council’s Manager Recreation Planning and Programs Tracey Whillock said.

“The fees for the permits are now $180 for families, $70 for children and $100 for adults who wish to use the facility, with these prices inclusive of GST.”

“These private permits allow holders to access Barden Park Athletics Facility anytime between 6am and 9pm to train.”

“There are also new professional coaching fees which are $20 per hour for Private Professional Coach and for Incorporated Not for Profit Sporting Groups/Schools it is $12 per hour.  Both of these fees are also GST inclusive”

“Barden Park is a world-class athletics sports ground with an international standard synthetic track and Council wants the facilities to be available to as many athletes, sporting clubs and schools as possible.”
