Applications are now open for Bodangora Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund 2020/2021, with up to $10,000 grants available for not-for-profit groups of Wellington and its district villages. The latest round will provide a total of $50,000 in grants to support projects that deliver social, cultural, economic or environmental benefits for the local community.
28 Aug 2020   JOINING FORCES TO DELIVER A NEW AIR SERVICE
Dubbo Regional Council (DRC), Ballina Shire Council and Fly Pelican have joined together to deliver a new air route to regional New South Wales, at a time when domestic travel is becoming increasingly popular. The new Dubbo – Ballina route took off today, with dozens of passengers choosing to extend the weekend in either Dubbo or the Northern Rivers region.
