Dubbo Regional Council (Council) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced real estate agents for an exclusive agency agreement for twelve (12 months) in relation to the sale of the unsold lots within Stage 5, Release 2 (S5R2) of Keswick Estate Dubbo NSW 2830.

As at 30 May 2025, there are twenty-five (25) unsold lots remaining for sale.

Keswick Estate S5R2 is a Council-owned residential land release conveniently located in Dubbo, close to schools, shopping services, businesses districts and more. Construction of S5R2 was completed in 2023 and the lots have been registered with NSW Land Registry Services as DP 1280301. S5R2 is publicly accessible through Commander Avenue in Dubbo and we highly encourage respondents view the publicly-accessible areas of Keswick Estate as a whole, as well as S5R2, before submitting a response.

The opportunity to submit a tender response closes at 2pm on Monday 30 June 2025. Please submit the RFT Response Document, with all questions answered and any of the documents required to be submitted as outlined within the RFT Response Document, via email to property@dubbo.nsw.gov.au by this deadline to be assessed as a complying submission.
