Community Needs Survey
Dubbo Regional Council will commence a Community Needs Survey to gauge the level of satisfaction residents have of the operations and functions of Council.
The findings of the survey will assist Council to continue the process of understanding community perceptions of the organisation. A core function of the survey will analyse satisfaction levels with existing services and facilities along with issues relating to general community well-being.
600 residents will be phoned directly by an independent company, IRIS, while residents who don’t receive a phone call can still participate in an online survey.
The survey will be conducted from Monday 8 April – Monday 22 April.
Upon completion of the survey, the findings will be compiled and made available to the community.
