Free Water Available for Eligible Rural Customers
Dubbo Regional Council will grant access to free water from standpipes for eligible drought affected residents across the region as a result of a motion moved by Councillor Jones during the June Ordinary Meeting of Council.
Council's Customer Service Team is now taking applications for access to free water for rural residents who live outside the supplied water service area for Dubbo, Wellington, Geurie and Mumbil.
To apply, download and fill out the application form below and bring your proof of residency to our Customer Service Desk.
