Draft Council Policy - Incomplete and Inadequate Development Application Management

Notice is hereby given of the public exhibition of a draft Council Policy. The draft Policy Incomplete and Inadequate Development Application Management outlines how Council proposes to deal with unclear or deficient development applications with the aim of encouraging the lodgement of well researched, complete applications to enable efficient processing times.

The draft Council Policy is on public display until 27 June 2018. The information can also be viewed during normal office hours (9 am to 5 pm) at Council's Dubbo or Wellington Civic Administration Building’s.

Written submissions are invited during the public exhibition period (via post to PO Box 81, Dubbo NSW 2830 or email to Council@dubbo.nsw.gov.au).

Please note that in accordance with the Personal Information Protections Act 1998, written submissions received by Council containing personal information may be made public when the matter goes before Council for consideration, as it may be included in Council's Business Papers. Persons have the right to remain anonymous if they so choose by refraining from submitting their personal information, however, the submission be given less weight in the overall assessment and consideration of the draft Planning Agreement.
