Notice of Intention to give Consent to a Licence on the Road Reserve between Nulla Road and Bunglegumbie Road Dubbo and adjacent to Lot 4 DP 632996 – 10L Nulla Road, Dubbo
Pursuant to Part 1, Section 7 and Part 10, Division 2 of the Roads Act 1993 No 33, it is notified that Dubbo Regional Council, as the relevant Roads Authority, intends at the expiration of 28 days after the date of this publication of notice, to give consent to a proposal by the relevant Roads Authority specified in Schedule 1 hereunder, to grant a Licence in respect of Land specified in Schedule 2 to the Entity as detailed in Schedule 3.
Written or electronic submissions are invited during the public exhibition period until Tuesday 11 April 2023.
Please note that, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 1998, written submissions received by Council containing personal information may be made public when the matter goes before Council for consideration, as it may be included in Council’s Business Papers. Persons have the right to remain anonymous if they so choose by refraining from submitting their personal information, however, the submission may be given less weight in the overall assessment and consideration of the draft Policy.
