Notice of Intention to Grant Lease at 76 Wingewarra Street Dubbo
Pursuant to s47A of the Local Government Act 1993, it is notified that Dubbo Regional Council, being the registered owner of premises classified as community land specified in Schedule 1, proposes at the expiration of 28 days after the date of this publication of notice, to grant a lease of premises outlined in Schedule 2, to the persons as detailed in Schedule 3, for the purposes outlined in Schedule 4, and for the term specified in Schedule 5.
Submissions in writing may be made to Council concerning the proposal within the period not less than 28 days from the date of this publication (exhibition closing at 4.30pm on Thursday10 February 2022).
