Notice is hereby given of the public exhibition of a Planning Proposal that seeks to amend the Dubbo Regional Local Environmental Plan 2022 as detailed above.

The Planning Proposal seeks to realign the boundaries of the existing land use zones and minimum lot size areas to better align with a future arterial road. This road is included in Council’s Dubbo Transportation Strategy 2020, which was adopted in October 2021.

PUBLIC EXHIBITION

The Planning Proposal is on public exhibition from Wednesday 9 November 2022 to Friday 2 December 2022.
