SUBJECT LAND: Part Lot 500 DP 1260295, Boundary Road, Dubbo
PROPOSAL: Amendment to Schedule 1 (Additional Permitted Uses) of the Dubbo Local Environmental Plan 2011 to allow the additional use of ‘registered club’ and ‘recreation facilities (outdoor)’.

Notice is hereby given of the public exhibition of a Planning Proposal that seeks to amend the Dubbo Local Environmental Plan 2011.
The Planning Proposal and supporting documentation will be on public display during normal office hours (9am-5pm) at Council’s Dubbo Civic Administration Building, corner Church and Darling Streets, Dubbo and the Macquarie Regional Library, Macquarie Street, Dubbo from Wednesday 2 June to Friday 2 July 2021. The information will also be available on Council’s website at www.dubbo.nsw.gov.au.
A copy of the Planning Proposal can be obtained from Council’s website, from the Dubbo Civic Administration Building or from the Macquarie Regional Library.
Written or electronic submissions are invited during the public exhibition period.
