Public Consultation Regarding Council’s Draft Code of Conduct
Notice is hereby given for public consultation regarding Council’s draft Code of Conduct.
At the February 2019 meeting of the Economic Development, Business and Corporate Committee, the Committee resolved to place the draft Code of Conduct on public exhibition for a period of 28 days inviting comment from the public. The draft Code of Conduct will be available for public exhibition during normal office hours (from 9 am to 5 pm) at Council’s Dubbo Civic Administration Building, corner Church and Darling Streets, Dubbo and Wellington Administration Building, corner Nanima Crescent and Warne Street, Wellington from Wednesday 20 February 2019 to Wednesday 20 March 2019.

Written or electronic submissions are invited during the public exhibition period and should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Dubbo Regional Council, PO Box 81, Dubbo, NSW, 2830 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, written submissions received by Council containing personal information may be made public when the matter goes before Council for consideration, as it may be included in Council’s Business Papers. Persons have the right to remain anonymous if they so choose by refraining from submitting their personal information.
