CHANGED TRAFFIC CONDITIONS - SWIFT STREET AND ARTHUR STREET WELLINGTON, RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) wishes to advise the Wellington community that changed traffic conditions at the intersection of Swift Street and Arthur Street will commence 5 July 2021 for approximately 3 weeks. These temporary traffic arrangements will allow work to progress on the Swift Street Reconstruction project.

Pedestrian access will be maintained, however vehicle access to properties on the eastern end of Swift Street will be affected for approximately 5 days. Affected properties have received courtesy notices.
The bus stop servicing the eastern end of Swift Street and the railway station will be temporarily relocated to Arthur Street, north.

Traffic Management will be in place for the duration of the project.

Council acknowledges the inconvenience these works may cause, especially to local residents, and thanks the community for their continued understanding during these important infrastructure improvement works.
