Customer Survey - Water Supply and Sewerage Services

Council will undertake its biennial survey of water and sewerage customers from Monday 14 August 2017 to Friday 25 August 2017. The survey aims to determine if Council's Customer Service Standards for Water Supply and Sewerage Services meet customer expectations.

The survey, which only takes a few minutes to do over the phone, will assist Council in meeting the needs of residents across the Dubbo and Wellington areas in terms of water supply and sewerage service delivery.

Council is encouraging residents to participate in this short survey if they receive a telephone call from Council's market research representative.

The results will assist in determining customer expectations and monitoring changes in customer satisfaction levels over time.
