Night works on Wheelers Lane and Keswick Parkway roundabout
Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) wishes to advise the community that night works will commence at the Wheelers Lane/Keswick Parkway Roundabout in Dubbo from Sunday 11 April 2021. These works are expected to take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting. Works will occur between the hours of 6pm and 5am.
This project will include excavation in preparation for the installation of an asphaltic concrete surface. While efforts will be made to minimise the disruption, please be aware that there will be some noise associated with the work.
These works will be completed in stages to allow for smooth movement of traffic. Due to this, segments of the roundabout, along with Potters Close and Keswick Parkway will be under traffic control, including detours put in place to allow for continued movement around the construction area.
Please see the attached traffic management plans. Council will liaise with local residents in an effort to minimise any temporary inconvenience of these rehabilitation works, although some residents have been advised about limited access throughout the construction period. Residents wishing to enter or exit from Potters Close are asked to stop and speak with traffic control prior to entering the work zone.
