Woolpack Function Centre
400m2 Function room. Catering for up to 200 people includes a coolroom, media room, small office, commercial kitchen, hall area, amenities, and agents' offices. To find the venue map click here. The Woolpack Function Centre was fully refurbished in April 2019 including exterior walls, interior walls and floors, new amenities and heating and cooling installed.
Additional requirements can be provided at no additional charge:
- 30 tables available (2400mm x 760mm)
- 200 chairs available (padded vinyl seat and backing)
- Cutlery and crockery for up to 200 people
- 1 lectern available
- 1 cordless microphone available
- 1 projector screen available
A PA System can be provided at an additional cost. Please specify if you require this addition on your application form.
There is also a fully functional bar attached to the Woolpack Function Centre which is available to hire (fees apply). Hirer must provide the following:
- Licence from the Office of Liquor and Gaming
- Public Liability Insurance
- Copies of valid RSA's for all bar staff
- Client to provide drinks, cupware, till and bar float / change
