Variations to SEPP1/Clause 4.6
Under clause 64 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, Council assumed the NSW Department of Planning's Director-General's concurrence in relation to an application to vary a development standard.
This is under State Environmental Planning Policy No. 1 - Development Standards (SEPP 1), or Clause 4.6 of the Dubbo Regional Local Environmental Plan 2022, subject to maintaining a register and reporting these variations under SEPP 1/Clause 4.6 to the Department of Planning.
