I have changed my name
You can now also change your name on DRC&ME, Council's Online Customer Portal.
Change of name requests must be accompanied by a Change of Name Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, or Divorce Certificate (decree).

I am a property owner
You can now also change your postal address on DRC&ME, Council's Online Customer Portal.
If the mailing address of the property on the rates notice has changed.
If the mailing address of your business has changed.
If you have a debtor account with council and would like to receive your invoices and monthly statements electronically
