Construction on the new Cameron Park Play Space will begin on Monday 18 October
In the interest of public safety, Dubbo Regional Council staff will begin removing a large Cedrus deodara commonly known as a Deodar Cedar in Cameron Park, Wellington.
Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) is aware that a pump located at a bore within Council’s ground water network has broken down. This pump breakdown does not affect Dubbo’s potable (drinking) water, nor does it pose any risk to the community’s water supply.
In order to trim overgrown hedges at the New Dubbo Cemetery, headstones and monuments will be removed over a period of about two and a half weeks.
From Wednesday, 16 October, the Wellington Visitor Information Centre will temporarily be located at the Wellington Library (Corner Percy & Maughan Street) for about six weeks.
In order to help Dubbo Regional Council protect privacy and security, customer service representatives will be asking for additional identification, when customers are making an enquiry over the phone. Council’s customer service representatives will now be asking people for their date of birth, in addition to their name and address.
