Dubbo-based artist Ruby Davies will showcase her new exhibition Rivers Flow to the Sea, to the Sea at the Western Plains Culture Centre from 7 February to 26 April 2026.

5 Feb 2026   CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR NEW CULTURAL COUNCIL
Dubbo Regional Council is calling for Expressions of Interest to fill six positions on the new Cultural Council. The Cultural Council will look at facilitating strategic conversations, connections and advocacy across the private sector and all levels of government in support of cultural development and access.
4 Feb 2026   ENERGY EFFICIENCY TARGETED THROUGH TRIAL WITH UNIVERSITY
Dubbo Regional Council will take part in a real-world trial of an energy management system with the University of NSW and TRaCE (Trailblazer for Recycling and Clean Energy), looking at how rooftop solar, battery storage, electric vehicle charges and grid power work together.

Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) will fly the flags out the front of the Dubbo Civic Administration building at half-mast on 3 February, in a mark of respect and mourning for the late Mr Peter Milling OAM.
