Earlier bus services have been introduced by Dubbo Buslines that will allow elderly and disabled residents to shop during the Community Hour introduced by supermarkets during the coronavirus crisis.
17 Mar 2020   SEALING OF GOONOO AND EURA STREETS, EUMUNGERIE
The Village Sealing Project in Eumungerie is scheduled to start from Monday 23 March. The 2019-2020 Village Sealing Program includes the sections of Goonoo and Eura Streets.

24 Feb 2020   MacLEAY STREET TEMPORARY CLOSURE
A Temporary Road Closure of MacLeay Street will be in place from Wednesday 26 February to Monday 2 March as part of the Bourke Street stormwater, kerb and footpath reconstruction (western side) project works.
24 Feb 2020   TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF LH FORD BRIDGE
LH Ford Bridge will be closed to traffic for up to five nights between 8pm and 6am from 4 March to enable safe completion of the next stage of essential maintenance work.
20 Feb 2020   PESTICIDE USE NOTIFICATION
In accordance with clause 11L (2) (g) of the Pesticides Regulation Act, Council wishes to inform the community of the following pesticide use by Council staff on Council controlled property across the Dubbo Regional Council Local Government Area.

Sections of Wheelers Lane and Macquarie Street will be resealed on Sunday with traffic control in place between 7am and 6pm while Dubbo Regional Council contractors complete work.

Dubbo Regional Council will remove turf at Victoria Park No 1 Oval on Sunday for reuse at the new cycle facility. Up to 8000 square metres of turf will be transplanted at the cycle facility.
23 Jan 2020   DUST CLOSES POOLS FOR DAY
Dubbo Aquatic Leisure Centre, Wellington Aquatic Leisure Centre and Geurie Pool will close today at 4pm. The extreme dust storm weather has become discomforting to pool patrons and posing a health risk to swimmers and staff. Weather conditions and pool cleanliness will be reviewed in the morning before the day’s opening hours are confirmed.
17 Jan 2020   VICTORIA PARK NO 1 OVAL PARKING
Due to redevelopment construction works, Victorian Park No 1 Oval precinct car park will be temporarily closed from 3 February for an estimated four months. Sealed areas surrounding the oval will not be available for parking to enable construction vehicle unobstructed access. Alternative parking may be available in the Victoria Park No 2 and No 3 oval surrounds.

Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) is aware that a pump located at a bore within Council’s ground water network has broken down. This pump breakdown does not affect Dubbo’s potable (drinking) water, nor does it pose any risk to the community’s water supply.
