DUBBO WATER TREATMENT PLANT UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Due to a fault that is currently being experienced at the John Gilbert Water Treatment Plant on Macquarie Street, Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) requests all residents within Dubbo City, Richmond Estate, Firgrove Estate, Brocklehurst, Wongarbon, Eumungerie and Ballimore conserve water and minimise non-essential water consumption including the conduct of irrigation and pool maintenance.
DRC staff are aware of the fault and are working to rectify the issue and would like to notify the community that the stored water supply remains safe for consumption.
