SIR RODEN CUTLER LOOKOUT CLOSURE
Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) would like to inform the community that a structural fault has been identified with the Sir Roden Cutler viewing platform and it has been closed pending an engineering inspection.
The structure will remain closed until further notice and only re-open after it has been structurally assessed and cleared.
DRC’s priority is the continued safety of the public.
The likely cause of the landslip is the high flows experienced in the Macquarie River over the past months.
