Payment of Rates and Debtor Accounts
Dubbo Regional Council offers a range of payment options for rates and debtor accounts; expand the sections below to find out more.
HOW TO PAY YOUR RATES
- Online via DRC&MEwith your Visa or Mastercard.
- Direct debit: set up automatic payments to come out of your account on a regular basis, logging into DRC&ME or completing Direct Debit Request - Customer Authority Make sure you read the Terms and Conditions before setting up automatic payments.
- BPAY from your online cheque, saving, debit, credit card or transaction account. Visit BPAY’s website or talk to your financial institution for details.
- Post Billpay in-store at any Australia Post outlet, by calling 13 18 16, or on the Post Bill Pay website.
- Mail a cheque to PO BOX 81, Dubbo NSW 2830. If you’re paying by cheque, make it payable to ‘Dubbo Regional Council” and crossed ‘Not Negotiable’.
- In person with cash, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS or myDubboRegion gift cards at our Customer Experience Centre’s, Church St, Dubbo or Cnr Nanima Crescent and Warne Street, Wellington between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
