2 Aug 2023   AERIAL FIREFIGHTING CONFERENCE COMES TO DUBBO
Firefighters from across the country and around the world will converge on Dubbo this week for the Aerial Firefighting Series: Asia Pacific Conference & Exhibition (AFFAPAC).

Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) will be undertaking reservoir cleaning and inspection as part DRC’s water maintenance program at all 32 reservoir locations in the Dubbo Local Government Area.

The southbound section of Wheelers Lane, from Birch Avenue to the railway crossing, has been re-opened to traffic ahead of the planned schedule.

Macquarie Regional Library (MRL) is experiencing year on year growth in the borrowing of its eResources collection, with plans to continue to grow the eResources catalogue in 2023/2024. Last year the eResources collection grew by 10 per cent and a similar increase is planned for the coming year.
