PLANNING PROPOSAL - 300 NANIMA VILLAGE ROAD, WELLINGTON

SUBJECT LAND: Part Lot 244 DP 756920 (300 Nanima Village Road, Wellington).

PROPOSAL: Amend the Minimum Lot Size provisions under Wellington Local Environmental Plan 2012 from 2000 square metres to 600 square metres.

Notice is hereby given of the public exhibition of a Planning Proposal that seeks to amend the Wellington Local Environmental Plan 2012 as detailed above.

PUBLIC EXHIBITION

The Planning Proposal is on public exhibition from Wednesday 22 September 2021 to Wednesday 6 October 2021.

Written or electronic submissions are invited during the public exhibition period. All submissions must include the reference AU21/793.
