YOUTH WEEK EVENT IN DUBBO

Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) Youth Council members are partnering with other agencies to host a Youth Week event.

The event will be held on Wednesday 19 April from 11am to 2pm at Dubbo’s No 3 Oval (next to the skate park) in line with the School Holiday period.

The event will have a photo booth, craft and games, bucking bull ride, free sausage sandwiches, fair floss, popcorn and drinks, a Bungee Run, Oz Tag and Live Music.

DRC partners with stakeholders including Mission Australia, Orana Support Service, Uniting, Interrelate, Royal Flying Doctor Service, Marathon Health, JobLink Plus, Connecting Community, Services Australia, NSW Police, PCYC, Waalwaay Program, Service NSW, NSW Rural Fire Service, Macquarie Regional Library, WellWays, Housing Plus and the Dubbo Youth Interagency to hold the event.

Youth week will take place from 20 to 30 April, 2023 and is an opportunity for young people to express their ideas and views and act on issues that affect their lives.
