TREE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN IN DUBBO CEMETERIES
Tree works will be undertaken in both the Old Dubbo and New Dubbo Cemeteries on Monday 5 February and Tuesday 6 February.
Works are part of a program to ensure the safety of visitors and will see three dead trees removed and five trees pruned.
Oleanders in the Old Dubbo Cemetery will also receive a lift and prune to allow access to monuments and traffic entering the cemetery from the Myall Street side.
The work has been scheduled around planned services to avoid any disruptions to funerals.
For those visiting the cemeteries, there may be temporary closures or detours in certain areas. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to follow any directional signage or ask cemetery staff for assistance.
