HELP DUBBO REGIONAL AIRPORT SOAR HIGHER

Dubbo Regional Airport (DRA) is inviting the community to provide feedback into airport operations in their biennial community survey.

The feedback gathered in the survey will be used to optimise the passenger experience at the airport, and ensure the services and facilities offered continue to meet the needs of the Dubbo Region community and visitors.

Residents who complete the survey will go into the draw to win a $500 flight voucher.

Dubbo Regional Council Mayor Josh Black said the survey is an important part of keeping the DRA in-line with evolving community needs, as well as the potential attraction of new flights and routes.

“If you’ve recently used the airport, we’d love to hear from you.

“Your feedback is important to us, and with the chance to win a Flight Centre gift card, there’s no reason not to have your say,” Clr Black said.

DRA Manager Matthew Linsley-Noakes said airports need to constantly evolve to meet the changing transit needs of residents and visitors.

“Checking in with the community every two years allows us to gather critical passenger insights into our operations at the airport.

“These insights allow us to continue delivering service excellence, and pinpoint areas for further optimisation to make your journey even better,” Mr Linsley-Noakes said.

The survey is open now and will close Monday 15 December 2025.

The data collected will be anonymous.
