Three Dubbo students will have their designs depicted on Rhino statues around the city after being chosen as the winners of a competition to find the new artworks that will replace old Rhinos with wear and tear damage.

Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) advises the community the MLAK keyed amenities and BBQ facilities at Elston Park will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday 24 September between 9am and 3pm.

Councillors met at 5.30pm on 14 September for the Dubbo Regional Council Standing Committees meetings. Outcomes from the standing committees will be taken to the Ordinary Council meeting on 28 September for consideration and adoption.
