Construction is officially underway for a new advanced wastewater treatment facility in Dubbo, with Squadron Energy, Australia’s leading renewable energy company, and Dubbo Regional Council marking the milestone with a sod turn on Monday, 11 August.

Dubbo Regional Council will install sandstone block barriers at the Theresa Maliphant Park near the Dubbo Base Hospital. The sandstone blocks will be installed at key locations along the edge of the park to prevent access and allow the grass to recover.
