EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NOW OPEN FOR 'THE GREENS', 74 WINGEWARRA STREET
Following a resolution at the November Ordinary Meeting of Council; Dubbo Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for 'The Greens' facility at 74 Wingewarra Street in Dubbo.
The opportunity for community members to submit their interest in a sub-licence agreement for the facility closed at 5pm on Wednesday 7 December 2022.
A one-off site inspection was available of the facility, from 2pm to 4pm on Friday 2 December 2022.
After the closing date; further material may be required during the assessment process, including financial capability.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM
Businesses/organisations must submit their EOI electronically via this form and must comply with the criteria as outlined in the form. Submissions are for a 12 month period minimum, with the option to extend a further 12 months.
The permitted use of the facility includes; storage, administration, corporate hire space, cultural activation (cultural workshops, cultural events, live music events etc), community meeting space, and facilitation of the Licensee's business and any other ancillary use as reasonably determined.
Please note that the facility is multi-use and there are existing agreements in place for the storage of cultural items. No late submissions will be accepted.
The submission period closed at 5pm on Wednesday 7 December 2022.
